14-Day Returns
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is missing or incorrect on arrival.
- The return request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Method
Returns must be made by mail. We offer a convenient, no-cost return process to make it hassle-free for you.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
No Cost for Return Shipping
If Return shipping is required; we will provide you with a prepaid return label electronically.
Easy Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at contact@zubaplants.com
- Submit photos confirming proof of delivery and the condition of all items in your order upon arrival
- Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label if required.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation, and deliver to UPS Store.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your choice of either a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability and current shipping capacity.
